Martin is a founding partner of the Nordwand Group and leads our IT team. He personally serves a number of our key clients also for a range of Executive search mandates in both IT and Sales & Marketing functions. He is also responsible for the general management of the company.
He has worked in specialised recruitment since 2001 and has successfully built teams in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Alongside his team management responsibilities in success based recruitment, Martin was also actively involved in the development of a range of client specific recruitment solutions. Martin is a federally certified Sales Manager and has a professional certificate in Social Media Management, a theme which is ever more important in the recruitment industry.
In his free time Martin is a passionate football fan and loves sharing his statistical knowledge with anybody brave enough to listen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst in einem kleinen, agilen Team skalierbare Softwarelösungen mit Ruby on Rails und Vue.js.
- Von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Produktivsetzung übernimmst du Verantwortung für den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess und stellst eine hohe Code-Qualität sicher.
- Du verstehst die Anforderungen, kannst sie weiterentwickeln und kritisch hinterfragen.
- Du triffst nachhaltige Architekturentscheidungen und berücksichtigst dabei technische sowie wirtschaftliche Aspekte.
- Du gibst dein Wissen gerne weiter und unterstützt weniger erfahrene Teammitglieder in ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung.
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Ruby on Rails sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Vue.js oder einer vergleichbaren modernen Frontend-Technologie.
- Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken wie PostgreSQL, MariaDB oder MySQL.
- Erfahrung mit Git und CI/CD-Prozessen.
- Verständnis für Clean Code und agile Entwicklungsprozesse (z. B. Scrum).
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung in Richtung Lead Developer oder Scrum Master.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
