Eine Stelle, die dich weiterbringt
- Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb von Microsoft 365-Diensten (z. B. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
- Monitoring und Fehleranalyse in der M365-Umgebung
- Fokus auf der Microsoft Produkteplatte, vor allem M365 und Azure
- Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen
- Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender sowie 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
Das bringst du mit
- Fundierte IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration und Betreuung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in M365 und Microsoft Azure sind vorausgesetzt
- Microsoft Zertifikat von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
