Danny is a founding partner of the Nordwand Group AG and leads our Finance & Accounting practice. He also personally handles our Executive Search mandates across a broad range of functions and is responsible for the general management of the business.
Danny has over 20 years professional experience. He started his career in London where he held various Sales & Marketing Management roles before moving to Switzerland in 2001. Since then he has led and contributed to the profitable growth of several stock-exchange listed international recruitment and professional services firms.
Danny is a British and Swiss national and a graduate in European Business Studies from the Nottingham Trent University and has a post graduate diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He loves the mountains, both in summer and winter, and is a long-suffering West Ham United fan.

Umsatz zählt die Firma zu den Marktführern in der Branche. Der Inhaber dieser Position fungiert als aktiver Finance Business Partner.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Agieren als operativer Business-Partner für die Bereiche Sales oder Produktion
- Erstellen von Vertriebskalkulationen, Abweichungs- und Margenanalysen (DB-Rechnungen)
- Ableiten & Überwachen von Massnahmen/ Handlungsempfehlungen
- Aktive Mithilfe beim Monatsabschluss (inkl. Kommentierung)
- Weiterentwickeln und Sichern der Qualität von BI-Lösungen (Reporting, Planning)
- Führen / Mitarbeit von Projekten innerhalb des eigenen Aufgabenbereichs
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Instrumente sowie der Controlling Standards
Sie bringen mit:
- Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni/FH/Controller) oder eine äquivalente Aus- und Weiterbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Sales oder Produktions Controlling (5+ Jahre) eines globalen produzierenden Unternehmens
- Erfahrung in Projektarbeit
- Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse
- IT-Affinität
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von BI Tools wie Qlik und Jedox von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren
- Vernetzte und analytische Denkweise
- Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on Mentalität – Teamplayer
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 10% bis 20%
