Martin is a Senior Manager looking after IT permanent placement at both professional and executive level. Through his many years of experience, he successfully supports and advises corporate groups and SMEs in all recruitment matters.
Martin previously worked in Human Resources at Credit Suisse leading the IT Talent Acquisition unit. Prior to that, he worked for several years as Team Leader Permanent Placement at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe. His broad knowledge and in-depth expertise enable him to coach candidates throughout the entire application process and actively support clients in recruiting qualified specialists and managers and leaders.
Martin has undertaken trekking tours in Tibet and Nepal but is currently more likely to be found with his family on ski slopes, hut hikes or on a via ferrata in Switzerland.

Als Lead-Developer und SW-Architekt erarbeiten Sie mit Ihrem Team zusammen hochwertige Front- sowie Backend-Applikationen im Bereich Bildverarbeitung.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Anforderungsaufnahme, Anforderungsanalyse, Systemdesign, Realisierung resp. Implementation, Testing und Einführen von hochverfügbaren und anspruchsvollen Software-Lösungen (Applikationen, Schnittstellen, Services) im Frontend- und Backendbereich auf Linux/Unix/Windows sowie Cloudplattformen
- Weiterentwickeln und Betreiben sowie Refactoring und Redesign bestehender Applikationen
- Sicherstellen des operativen Betriebes von diversen Applikationen
Ihr Profil:
- Hochschulabschluss in Informatik (FH, Uni, ETH) mit mehrjährigem praktischem Knowhow im Software-Engineering mit Java, Python und Angular
- Erfahrung im Bereich Software Architektur für komplexe Applikationsentwicklungslösungen
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von User Interfaces und Verbesserung der User Experience bestehender Anwendungen
