Senior Manager – Finance & Accounting Recruitment
Pascal is responsible for the further development of our Finance & Accounting practice.
He began his career with a renowned Private Bank in Zurich before moving to an international Fund Management company where he spent 12 years building and developing the Swiss market.
Pascal has been in the specialised Recruitment industry since 2007 and focusses on filling vacancies for specialists and managers in the Finance & Accounting discipline.
In his spare time he is an avid record collector with an affinity for jazz.
Mit rund 150 Mitarbeitern fertigt unsere Mandantin hochpräzise Metalldrahtgewebe sowie komplette Form- und Filterteile. Seit bald 70 Jahren hat sie sich zur Lösungsanbieterin für Applikationen über praktisch alle Branchen hinweg entwickelt. So werden ihre Produkte beispielsweise in der Automobilindustrie, Umwelttechnik, Chemie- und Pharmabranche und vielen mehr eingesetzt.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Team
- Steuerung und Verteilung des Tagesgeschäfts im Team sowie aktive Mitarbeit
- Verantwortlich für die Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB & Konzernrichtlinien inklusive zugehöriger Berichterstattungen an den Gruppenhauptsitz in der Schweiz
- Mitarbeit bei der Prüfung und Bewertung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle im Finanz- und Rechnungswese
- Erstellung von monatlichen Meldungen, u.a. Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Projekten
- Erstellen von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen
- Ansprechpartner für Fachfragen von Geschäftsführung, Konzerncontrolling, Betriebsprüfern und Steuerberatern
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise zum Steuerfachangestellten oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (d/m/w)
- Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Sie sind abschlusssicher
- Sie überzeugen mit Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Organisationstalent, Loyalität, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Sozialkompetenz
- Anwendungserfahrungen in SAP FI sind erwünscht
