The Nordwand Group is currently looking for a DevOps Engineer with a core technical expertise in Apache Kafka to build and maintain on-prem cloud applications environment. In this position you will be building, configuring and managing critical infrastructure.
Job Function
- Build, configure infrastructure
- Implementing managing and logging solutions
- Automation of business / technical processes
- Driving infrastructure changes to enhance stability, performance etc
- Promoting new technologies and standards
Technical Overview of job
- Windows/ Linux Operating systems (Primarily Linux)
- Scripting, Bash, Powershell, Python etc
- Technical expertise in managing Apache Kafka
- Containerization experience, Kubernetes
- Relational database experience SQL
- Experience with automation tools such as Automic Control-M
