Senior Manager – Finance & Accounting Recruitment
Pascal is responsible for the further development of our Finance & Accounting practice.
He began his career with a renowned Private Bank in Zurich before moving to an international Fund Management company where he spent 12 years building and developing the Swiss market.
Pascal has been in the specialised Recruitment industry since 2007 and focusses on filling vacancies for specialists and managers in the Finance & Accounting discipline.
In his spare time he is an avid record collector with an affinity for jazz.
Unsere Kundin ist ein international tätiges Schweizer Unternehmen mit Verkaufs- und Produktionsstandorten im Ausland. Für den weiteren Auf- und Ausbau des Konzernrechnungswesen suchen wir eine flexible Persönlichkeit, welche in einem unternehmerischen Umfeld etwas bewegen möchte.
Aufgabengebiet:
- Verantwortlich für die Konsolidierung nach Swiss GAAP FER
- Erstellen der Monats- Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Erstellen von Berichten für die Konzernleitung und den Verwaltungsrat
- Analyse von steuerungsrelevanten Ist- und Plandaten der Tochtergesellschaften
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Finanzberichte
- Pflege des konzernweiten Accounting Manual
- Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Systeme und -Prozesse
- Ansprechperson bei Fragestellungen hinsichtlich Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Verantwortlich für das Transfer Pricing
- Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen
- Aufbau und Entwicklung eines kleinen Teams
Anforderungen:
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium Fachrichtung Finance & Accounting und einer Weiterbildung zum dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer oder Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
- Minimum 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzernkonsolidierung oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Interesse an Finanzbuchhaltung, Konsolidierung und Finanzdatenmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse in Cognos und SAP FI/CO (S/4 HANA)
- Freude an Fragen der Rechnungslegung und der internen Kontrollsysteme
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Hands-on Mentalität, Teamplayer mit Ambitionen
