Martin is a Senior Manager looking after IT permanent placement at both professional and executive level. Through his many years of experience, he successfully supports and advises corporate groups and SMEs in all recruitment matters.
Martin previously worked in Human Resources at Credit Suisse leading the IT Talent Acquisition unit. Prior to that, he worked for several years as Team Leader Permanent Placement at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe. His broad knowledge and in-depth expertise enable him to coach candidates throughout the entire application process and actively support clients in recruiting qualified specialists and managers and leaders.
Martin has undertaken trekking tours in Tibet and Nepal but is currently more likely to be found with his family on ski slopes, hut hikes or on a via ferrata in Switzerland.
Wir suchen im Exklusivauftrag eine/n Geschäftsleiter:in für ein renommiertes Produktionsunternehmen in der Region Zürich Limmattal / Reppischtal (Bezirk Dietikon).
Als Geschäftsleiter:in sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Unternehmung. Ihr technisches Flair sowie Ihr betriebswirtschaftliches Denken helfen Ihnen dabei, die über 60-jährige Firmengeschichte erfolgreich weiterzuschreiben.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Strategische sowie operative Führung der gesamten Unternehmung und Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Produktionsablauf
- Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Offerten sowie Ansprechperson für Key Accounts im Bereich Lohnfertigung
- Personalverantwortung, inklusive Mitarbeiterführung von ca. 20 Mitarbeitern (direkt sowie indirekt)
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Erfahrung als Geschäftsleiter:in oder als Produktions- / Betriebsleiter:in in einem vergleichbaren Unternehmen (Erfahrung in der Lohnfertigung von Vorteil)
- Technische Grundausbildung; vorzugsweise im Bereich Polymechanik oder Apparatebau
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Stufe Muttersprache)
- Unternehmermentalität mit dem Wunsch eine etablierte und wirtschaftlich gesunde Firma kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
