Nordwand Group, Zurich are looking for a Desktop supporter in Horgen / Pfäffikon area. You will be resolving IT equipment and software issues and providing VIP level support internally.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing & resolving IT concerns, escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
- Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures
- Working on projects related to improving the service offered and efficiency of applications
- Resolving incoming IT queries using Active Directory
- Documenting processes and maintaining helpdesk records
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure high level corporate support
Key Skills:
- Windows support experience (5-10 years experience)
- Active Directory, ServiceNow, Windows10, o365 etc
- Clear communication skills in English
