Martin is a Senior Manager looking after IT permanent placement at both professional and executive level. Through his many years of experience, he successfully supports and advises corporate groups and SMEs in all recruitment matters.
Martin previously worked in Human Resources at Credit Suisse leading the IT Talent Acquisition unit. Prior to that, he worked for several years as Team Leader Permanent Placement at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe. His broad knowledge and in-depth expertise enable him to coach candidates throughout the entire application process and actively support clients in recruiting qualified specialists and managers and leaders.
Martin has undertaken trekking tours in Tibet and Nepal but is currently more likely to be found with his family on ski slopes, hut hikes or on a via ferrata in Switzerland.
Wir suchen einen Software Engineer C# .Net für den Arbeit im Team genauso wichtig ist wie selbständig komplexe Softwarelösungen zu entwerfen.
Funktionsbeschreibung:
- Sie entwickeln komplexe Softwarelösungen in C# .NET und sind für Neuentwicklungen sowie für Redesings in Ihrem Fachbereich zuständig.
- Sie betreuen den ganzen Software Lifecycle der Applikationen und entwickeln agil.
- Sie sehen sich selbst als C# .NET Software Spezialist, der gerne analytisch arbeitet und noch den "Tüfftler" in sich trägt. Dabei scheuen Sie sich auch nicht mal den Lead in einem Projekt zu übernehmen.
- Sie arbeiten mit hoch qualifizierten Fachspezialisten zusammen, die grosse Freude an der Entwicklung, dem Design und der Konzeption von komplexen .NET Lösungen haben und sich mit dem "Status quo" nie zufrieden geben.
- In den Sprint Planning Meetings wird angeregt und frei von jeglichem Gärtchendenken sowie Voruteilen diskutiert, mit dem Ziel die beste Lösung zu erarbeiten.
Ihr Profil:
- Ein Abschluss (FH, Universität, ETH) in Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit C# .NET
- Teamfähigkeit sowie kommunikationsstark
- Gewohnt Verantwortung zu übernehmen sowie selbständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
- Fliessend Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss
