Martin is a Senior Manager looking after IT permanent placement at both professional and executive level. Through his many years of experience, he successfully supports and advises corporate groups and SMEs in all recruitment matters.
Martin previously worked in Human Resources at Credit Suisse leading the IT Talent Acquisition unit. Prior to that, he worked for several years as Team Leader Permanent Placement at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe. His broad knowledge and in-depth expertise enable him to coach candidates throughout the entire application process and actively support clients in recruiting qualified specialists and managers and leaders.
Martin has undertaken trekking tours in Tibet and Nepal but is currently more likely to be found with his family on ski slopes, hut hikes or on a via ferrata in Switzerland.

Ihre Aufgaben:
Führung und Förderung des Teams:
- Leitung des 5-köpfigen Teams
- Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -bindung durch Coaching und Wissenstransfer
Projekt- und Kundenbetreuung:
- Koordination und Kommunikation aller technischen Schnittstellen
- Aktive Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei Planung und Durchführung von Kundenprojekten
Verkaufsförderung/Pre-Sales:
- Beratung und Unterstützung des Sales-Teams mit dem Ziel, nachhaltige Services zu verkaufen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Services und Guidelines
Strategieentwicklung:
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von komplexen ICT-Konzepten und Kalkulationen
- Aktive Teilhabe an der kontinuierlichen technischen Entwicklung des Unternehmens
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik oder gleichwertige technische Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik
- Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im System Engineering
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Azure sowie Microsoft 365
- Ein weiteres Plus sind 2-3 Jahre Teamleitungs- bzw. Stellvertretererfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau Muttersprache ist ein Muss
- Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Kommunikationskompetenz sowie motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit
- Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie effiziente, zielgerichtete und strategische Arbeitsweise
