Being able to search out the best candidates with the right skills, Gilles is able to react and fulfil even the most complex problems for his clients. Gilles always puts the well-being of his candidates and clients first.

With his further training as "Recruiting Specialist" and "Personal Assistant HRSE", Gilles has also ensured that he is familiar with the current standards in Recruitment/Human Resources. Gilles supports clients and candidates in Swiss German, German and English.

In his free time, Gilles can be found playing handball, in the gym or going out with his friends.

Ausgangslage

In der Funktion als Software Berater für Finance-Applikationen begleiten Sie Kunden bei Software-Implementierungen und -Updates. Sie analysieren den Ist-Zustand der ICT und die Prozesslandschaft beim Kunden (meist KMU's) und zeigen Möglichkeiten und Chancen der eigenen Software auf. Diese Stelle verlangt Reisetätigkeit, beinhaltet aber keine verkäuferischen Aufgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedarfs-Aufnahme beim Kunden und führen entsprechender Dokumentation
  • Überführung der Software-Spezifikationen an das interne Techniker-Team
  • Einführung der Software sowie fachliche Begleitung des Rollouts
  • Leiten von Workshops und Schulungen im Zusammenhang mit der Software

Ihr Profil

  • EFZ mit soliden Kenntnissen in der Buchhaltung oder in der Informatik
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung, gerne in der Buchhaltung, Informatik oder Consulting
  • Sattelfeste Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung/gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, von Vorteil Erfahrungen mit ERP-Software (Abacus)
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch sowie einfache Kenntnisse in Englisch
  • Umsetzungsstark, Macher-Persönlichkeit, analytische Skills und Empathie
