Gilles joined the Nordwand Group to strengthen our IT recruitment team, where he has several years of experience.
Being able to search out the best candidates with the right skills, Gilles is able to react and fulfil even the most complex problems for his clients. Gilles always puts the well-being of his candidates and clients first.
With his further training as "Recruiting Specialist" and "Personal Assistant HRSE", Gilles has also ensured that he is familiar with the current standards in Recruitment/Human Resources. Gilles supports clients and candidates in Swiss German, German and English.
In his free time, Gilles can be found playing handball, in the gym or going out with his friends.
Ausgangslage
Als IT Verantwortlicher sind Sie alleine (mit dem IT-Lieferant) für alle Informatik-Belange des Unternehmens zuständig, sorgen für einen störungsfreien Betrieb und stellen die Weiterentwicklung der IT sicher. Sie erwartet eine Stelle mit Raum für eigene Ideen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellen des IT Betriebes
- Organisatorische, finanzielle und technische Verantwortung für neue IT Vorhaben / IT Projekte
- Weiterführen der Digitalisierungs-Strategie unter Berücksichtigung von IT Security Aspekten sowie neuer Trends & Technolgien
- User-Support als 1. interner Ansprechpartner für IT, Einrichten von Arbeitsplätzen
Ihr Profil
- Höhere IT Ausbildung oder vergleichbare IT-Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position/Verantwortung
- Gute Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Client/Server
- Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Technologien
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Projektmanagement, Zertifizierung v.V.
- Stabile Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT Security und Risikomanagement
- Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und können sich auf Englisch verständigen
- Erfahrungen mit Cloud und/oder BIM (Building Information Modelling) runden Ihr Profil ab
