Pascal is responsible for the further development of our Finance & Accounting practice.
He began his career with a renowned Private Bank in Zurich before moving to an international Fund Management company where he spent 12 years building and developing the Swiss market.
Pascal has been in the specialised Recruitment industry since 2007 and focusses on filling vacancies for specialists and managers in the Finance & Accounting discipline.
In his spare time he is an avid record collector with an affinity for jazz.

Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die Gruppengesellschaften helfen Sie bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung des Financial Accounting und Reporting.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Koordination und Erstellung des konsolidierten Gruppenabschlusses (Actual, Forecast, Budget) und Reporting (IFRS), inklusive Kommentierung
- Mitarbeit beim monatlichen Forecast und dem Jahresbudget
- Weiterentwickeln der Konsolidierungsprozesse innerhalb der Gruppe
- Aktualisierung des Accounting Manuals sowie Überprüfung der Einhaltung
- Verbessern des Berichtswesen, Austausch und Implementierung von Best Practice über die Gruppengesellschaften
Ihr Profil:
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling & Rechnungswesen
- Vier bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in der Konzernkonsolidierung oder im externen Audit bei einem Big4
- Gute Kenntnisse von SAP (R/3 oder S4/Hana), Microsoft 365 und BI-Lösungen
- Englisch und Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1)
