Bettina is a Resource Consultant and works hand in hand with Martin Honegger to find the "best matches" in the IT industry.
She is the first point of contact for many direct applications and is constantly eagle-eyed on LinkedIN and Xing to catch her latest headhunt. She accompanies candidates from application to interview and is always on hand to help and advise.
She rejoined the team in 2021 after a 3-year Nordwand baby break. The balance of being a chaotic mum and the professional but always humorous office time gives her the perfect work-life balance and, above all, the flexibility to be a good contact person for the candidates outside of off-peak hours. If you don't find her at her laptop or in the playground, she is most likely in or on her way to Ireland.

Wir suchen einen Field Application Engineer, der das bestehende Team in der Schweiz verstärkt und das Potenzial hat, in die Position des Teamleiters aufzusteigen. Der ausgewählte Kandidat wird für die Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Implementierung und Nutzung der Bildbearbeitungssoftware verantwortlich sein und die Möglichkeit haben, in dieser Schlüsselrolle zu wachsen und ein Team von Fachleuten zu führen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der Softwareprodukte vor Ort beim Kunden
- Proaktive Beratung und Schulung der Kunden bei der Integration und Verwendung der Bildbearbeitungssoftwarelösungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um individuelle Anforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Technische Unterstützung und Lösung von technischen Herausforderungen vor Ort oder remote
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, um Kundenanforderungen zu erfassen und zu adressieren
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Informatik, Elektrotechnik etc.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Application Management, Application Engineering
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ein Plus
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
- Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Skripterstellung von Vorteil
