Bettina is a Resource Consultant and works hand in hand with Martin Honegger to find the "best matches" in the IT industry.
She is the first point of contact for many direct applications and is constantly eagle-eyed on LinkedIN and Xing to catch her latest headhunt. She accompanies candidates from application to interview and is always on hand to help and advise.
She rejoined the team in 2021 after a 3-year Nordwand baby break. The balance of being a chaotic mum and the professional but always humorous office time gives her the perfect work-life balance and, above all, the flexibility to be a good contact person for the candidates outside of off-peak hours. If you don't find her at her laptop or in the playground, she is most likely in or on her way to Ireland.

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position gestaltest du aktiv die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und treibst deren Digitalisierung voran.
Deine Aufgaben
- Kundenberatung und Betreuung: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson und Begleiter für unsere Kunden vor Ort.
- Projekte umsetzen: Von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Dokumentation bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung.
- Digitalisierung vorantreiben: Geschäftsprozesse analysieren, optimieren und passende Softwarelösungen integrieren.
- Workshops und Schulungen: Mitarbeitende trainieren und für neue Tools begeistern.
Dein Profil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung, aber keine Lust mehr auf reine Routinearbeiten.
- Begeisterung für IT-Lösungen und die digitale Transformation von Prozessen.
- Freude daran, Kunden zu beraten und Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung zu begleiten.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, um Anforderungen zu erfassen und in innovative Konzepte umzuwandeln.
- Offenheit für Neues und Spass daran, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten.
