Martin is a Senior Manager looking after IT permanent placement at both professional and executive level. Through his many years of experience, he successfully supports and advises corporate groups and SMEs in all recruitment matters.
Martin previously worked in Human Resources at Credit Suisse leading the IT Talent Acquisition unit. Prior to that, he worked for several years as Team Leader Permanent Placement at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe. His broad knowledge and in-depth expertise enable him to coach candidates throughout the entire application process and actively support clients in recruiting qualified specialists and managers and leaders.
Martin has undertaken trekking tours in Tibet and Nepal but is currently more likely to be found with his family on ski slopes, hut hikes or on a via ferrata in Switzerland.

In dieser Funktion sind Sie massgeblich für den stabilen Betrieb sowie den Anwendersupport der Comarch ERP Plattform verantwortlich und fungieren als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung des Applikationssupports für die Comarch ERP Lösung
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Benutzeranfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
- Analyse und Behebung von Incidents sowie Unterstützung bei fachlichen ERP-Fragestellungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Comarch Partnern
- Mitarbeit im allgemeinen ICT-Support bei Arbeitsplatz, Software und Benutzerfragen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im ICT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Application Support von ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit Comarch
- Erfahrung im User Support und im klassischen 1st und 2nd Level ICT Support
- Hohe Service und Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
