Martin is a Senior Manager looking after IT permanent placement at both professional and executive level. Through his many years of experience, he successfully supports and advises corporate groups and SMEs in all recruitment matters.
Martin previously worked in Human Resources at Credit Suisse leading the IT Talent Acquisition unit. Prior to that, he worked for several years as Team Leader Permanent Placement at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe. His broad knowledge and in-depth expertise enable him to coach candidates throughout the entire application process and actively support clients in recruiting qualified specialists and managers and leaders.
Martin has undertaken trekking tours in Tibet and Nepal but is currently more likely to be found with his family on ski slopes, hut hikes or on a via ferrata in Switzerland.

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie eine zentrale Ansprechperson für Anwenderinnen und Anwender und stellen den stabilen Betrieb der ERP-Applikationen sowie des ICT-Supports sicher.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
- Anwenderunterstützung im Bereich ERP Applikationen sowie angrenzender Geschäftsanwendungen
- Analyse von Incidents und Anfragen, selbständige Lösungsfindung oder Koordination mit internen und externen Stellen
- Mitwirkung bei Systemanpassungen, Tests und Releases von Applikationen
- Schulung und Unterstützung der User im täglichen Umgang mit den Systemen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Application Support oder im User Support von ERP-Systemen
- Praxis im klassischen 1st und 2nd Level ICT Support
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Anwendern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Stufe Muttersprache.
