Tanja is a Resource Consultant and works mainly in the branches of IT and Finance. She works hand in hand with the Consultants to connect successful companies with interesting professionals.
Tanja is the first point of contact for the candidates and accompanies them during the recruiting process.
In her leisure time she often changes the office for the Yoga studio or nature. Tanja loves outdoor activities such as biking, hiking and riding. These activities allow her to bring new energy to her body and soul.

Deine Aufgaben
- Betrieb, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer modernen hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (On-Premises und Cloud)
- Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekte (Schwerpunkt Cloud-Technologien)
- Administration zentraler Systeme und Services (Microsoft 365, VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop, Firewall-, Netzwerk- und Mail-Security-Lösungen)
Das bringst Du mit
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld, ein Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
- Erfahrung in Cloud- und Hybrid-Umgebungen, in der Administration von Windows-Server sowie im Bereich Microsoft Azure
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen virtualisierte Infrastrukturen und Datenbanksysteme
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau Muttersprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss
