Martin is a Senior Manager looking after IT permanent placement at both professional and executive level. Through his many years of experience, he successfully supports and advises corporate groups and SMEs in all recruitment matters.
Martin previously worked in Human Resources at Credit Suisse leading the IT Talent Acquisition unit. Prior to that, he worked for several years as Team Leader Permanent Placement at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe. His broad knowledge and in-depth expertise enable him to coach candidates throughout the entire application process and actively support clients in recruiting qualified specialists and managers and leaders.
Martin has undertaken trekking tours in Tibet and Nepal but is currently more likely to be found with his family on ski slopes, hut hikes or on a via ferrata in Switzerland.

Ihre Aufgaben:
In dieser vielseitigen Rolle wirken Sie aktiv an der technischen Weiterentwicklung einer zentralen Softwareplattform mit und übernehmen schrittweise fachliche Verantwortung in einem stabilen, erfahrenen Team.
Ihre Tätigkeiten umfassen unter anderem:
- Mitarbeit an der Architektur, dem Design und der Weiterentwicklung zentraler Backend-Komponenten.
- Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Umsetzung in robuste, nachhaltige Softwarelösungen.
- Entwicklung im Java-Backend und Implementierung anspruchsvoller Features.
- Optimierung bestehender Module hinsichtlich Qualität, Stabilität und Performance.
Ihr Profil:
- Sehr gute Java-Kenntnisse und 4–6 Jahre Erfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Entwicklung von REST-APIs
- Solide Kenntnisse in relationalen Datenbanken wie PostgreSQL oder SQL Server
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Stufe Muttersprache sowie gut Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
