Martin is a founding partner of the Nordwand Group and leads our IT team. He personally serves a number of our key clients also for a range of Executive search mandates in both IT and Sales & Marketing functions. He is also responsible for the general management of the company.
He has worked in specialised recruitment since 2001 and has successfully built teams in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Alongside his team management responsibilities in success based recruitment, Martin was also actively involved in the development of a range of client specific recruitment solutions. Martin is a federally certified Sales Manager and has a professional certificate in Social Media Management, a theme which is ever more important in the recruitment industry.
In his free time Martin is a passionate football fan and loves sharing his statistical knowledge with anybody brave enough to listen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit im 2nd Level Support mit Unterstützung durch erfahrene Engineers
- Analyse und Behebung von technischen Störungen in Kunden und internen Umgebungen
- Übernahme von Eskalationen aus dem 1st Level
- Mitarbeit im Betrieb von On Prem, Hybrid und Cloud Infrastrukturen
- Unterstützung bei Deployments, Migrationen und Changes
- Dokumentation von Lösungen und Erkenntnissen im Ticket System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Engineers, internen Teams und Kunden
- Schrittweiser Aufbau von vertieftem Know how im 2nd und später 3rd Level
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Bereich Informatiker EFZ, HF oder vergleichbar
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT Support oder als Junior System Engineer
- Freude am Troubleshooting und Interesse an komplexeren IT Umgebungen
- Grundkenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID
- Microsoft 365 Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
- Virtualisierung VMware oder Hyper V
- Netzwerkgrundlagen Firewall, VPN
- Lernbereit, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Hohe Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich weiterzuentwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
