Christian is a Senior Consultant and part of the Finance & Accounting team, together with Pascal and Danny.
His career started in management consulting, after which he spent more than eight years in recruitment and staffing in Germany, building deep expertise in Finance & Accounting. Today, he applies that knowledge in the Swiss market.
In his free time, Christian loves being outdoors, playing golf, and enjoying water sports like surfing and SUP.
Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Schweizer Produktionsunternehmen im Lebensmittelumfeld mit stabiler Marktposition und gewachsenen Strukturen. Im Zuge einer Neuorganisation im Finanzbereich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine führungsstarke und hands-on Persönlichkeit für die Leitung der Buchhaltung.
Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung für mehrere Gesellschaften
- Übernahme einer Führungsfunktion in der Finanzorganisation
- Verantwortung und Kontrolle von Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Unterstützung bei Cashflow-Planung und finanzwirtschaftlichen Übersichten
- Erstellung von Reportings, Auswertungen und Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten im Finanzbereich
- Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der ERP-Umstellung sowie Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (Fachmann/-frau Finanz- und Rechnungswesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Finanzfunktion, idealerweise in einem produzierenden oder industriellen Umfeld
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung innerhalb eines Teams zu übernehmen
- Erfahrung in ERP-Projekten oder Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
