Pascal is responsible for the further development of our Finance & Accounting practice.
He began his career with a renowned Private Bank in Zurich before moving to an international Fund Management company where he spent 12 years building and developing the Swiss market.
Pascal has been in the specialised Recruitment industry since 2007 and focusses on filling vacancies for specialists and managers in the Finance & Accounting discipline.
In his spare time he is an avid record collector with an affinity for jazz.

Am Produktionsstandort in der Region Frauenfeld verantworten Sie die finanzielle Steuerung des Werks und agieren als kompetenter Business Partner für Produktion, Supply Chain und Operations. In dieser Schlüsselrolle leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Transparenz, Profitabilität und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der operativen Performance.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für das Produktions- und Werkscontrolling
- Analyse von Herstellkosten, Produktkalkulationen und Produktionsabweichungen
- Durchführung von Budget-, Forecast- und Reporting-Prozessen
- Entwicklung, Analyse und Überwachung relevanter Produktions- und Performance KPIs
- Bewertung von Investitionen, Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
- Erstellung von Management Reports sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen für Entscheidungsträger
- Analyse und Optimierung von Working Capital und Lagerbeständen
- Sparringspartner für Werkleitung, Produktion, Supply Chain und Einkauf
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-, Reporting- und ERP-Prozessen und BI Lösungen
Ihr Profil
- Höhere Ausbildung in Finance, Controlling oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Min. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle, vorzugsweise im Produktions- oder Werkscontrolling
- Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen, idealerweise in einem Umfeld mit komplexen Material- und Warenströmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Produktkalkulation und Herstellkostenanalysen
- Sehr gute ERP- und BI-Kenntnisse sowie hohe IT-Affinität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe zu agieren
