Martin is a Senior Manager looking after IT permanent placement at both professional and executive level. Through his many years of experience, he successfully supports and advises corporate groups and SMEs in all recruitment matters.
Martin previously worked in Human Resources at Credit Suisse leading the IT Talent Acquisition unit. Prior to that, he worked for several years as Team Leader Permanent Placement at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe. His broad knowledge and in-depth expertise enable him to coach candidates throughout the entire application process and actively support clients in recruiting qualified specialists and managers and leaders.
Martin has undertaken trekking tours in Tibet and Nepal but is currently more likely to be found with his family on ski slopes, hut hikes or on a via ferrata in Switzerland.
Für ein innovatives Schweizer KMU mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden, das sich auf die Entwicklung von komplexen Softwareprodukten für den eHealth- und Medizinbereich spezialisiert hat, suchen wir exklusiv einen Produktmanager Medical Software (a).
In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem Markt, den Kunden und den internen Teams. Sie gestalten aktiv die Zukunft der HealthCare Lösungen unseres Auftraggebers mit und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
- Produktstrategie und Vision: Definition der Produktvision, Entwicklung der Strategie und Erstellung der Roadmap
- Product Ownership: Verantwortung für das Backlog-Management und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, UX/UI sowie QA
- Stakeholder-Management: Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Konsolidierung der Kundenanforderungen
- Regulatorische Verantwortung: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen wie MDR, ISO 13485 und Datenschutzrichtlinien
- End-to-End Management: Begleitung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, vom Konzept über den Launch bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizintechnik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, bevorzugt im Bereich (medizinischer) Software oder Healthcare IT
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Erfahrung als Product Owner
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau Muttersprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss
- Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in DICOM, HL7/FHIR, PACS oder den Normen MDR/ISO 13485
