Martin is a founding partner of the Nordwand Group and leads our IT team. He personally serves a number of our key clients also for a range of Executive search mandates in both IT and Sales & Marketing functions. He is also responsible for the general management of the company.
He has worked in specialised recruitment since 2001 and has successfully built teams in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Alongside his team management responsibilities in success based recruitment, Martin was also actively involved in the development of a range of client specific recruitment solutions. Martin is a federally certified Sales Manager and has a professional certificate in Social Media Management, a theme which is ever more important in the recruitment industry.
In his free time Martin is a passionate football fan and loves sharing his statistical knowledge with anybody brave enough to listen.
Im Auftrag unseres Kunden Digilan AG suchen wir einen erfahrenen Professional bis Senior System Engineer, der Lust hat, moderne IT Umgebungen für Schweizer KMU aktiv mitzugestalten.
Digilan ist ein etablierter IT Dienstleister mit Sitz in Lenzburg und seit vielen Jahren Partner für moderne Arbeitsplätze, Microsoft 365, Cloud Lösungen und IT Infrastruktur. Das Team arbeitet pragmatisch, kundennah und mit viel Freude an Technologie.
Deine Aufgaben
- Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenprojekten im KMU Umfeld
- Betrieb und Optimierung von Windows Server Umgebungen sowie Cloud Lösungen
- Arbeiten mit Microsoft 365, Azure, Virtualisierung und IT Security
- Analyse von Anforderungen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Teams
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer im Microsoft Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Microsoft 365 und idealerweise Azure
- Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung, Netzwerken und IT Security von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
