Kimon in his role as Manager acts as the link between our customers and the technical candidates he identifies.

He brings together different areas of interest and was previously, with an international recruiter, in two different positions in the IT environment. As a Research Consultant, he was responsible for the recruitment and candidate care (Interviewing, assessments). As a development of that role he took over, as Senior Recruitment Consultant, additionally the responsibility for customer management, where he is today and can call himself a Manager.

In his spare time, Kimon Abderhalden is always looking for good restaurants and unwinds with a healthy mix of sports and a glass of red wine.

Mein Kunde entwickelt eine spannende und komplexe Software-Lösung und will diese in eine moderne, cloudnative SaaS-Lösung auf Microsoft Azure transformieren.

Sei dabei, wenn mein Kunde die eigene Plattform zu einem Azure-basierten SaaS-Angebot weiterentwickelt, um auch deren Kunden auf ihrem Weg in die Cloud zu begleiten. In dieser technisch anspruchsvollen Rolle triffst du zentrale Architekturentscheidungen, etablierst teamübergreifend DevOps-Standards und stellst Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit sowie Produktionsreife sicher.

Wenn du fundierte Azure-Erfahrung mitbringst, dich in komplexen Umgebungen wohlfühlst und GitOps sowie Automatisierung als Grundprinzip verstehst, freue ich mich auf ein erstes Gespräch mit dir.

 

Aufgaben

  • Definition und Umsetzung der DevOps-Strategie für die Azure-SaaS-Transformation
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer produktionsreifen Azure-Infrastruktur
  • Design und Betrieb skalierbarer Kubernetes-Umgebungen (AKS)
  • Einführung von GitOps-Workflows (Argo CD, GitHub) und CI/CD-Automatisierung
  • Standardisierung von Infrastructure as Code mit Terraform
  • Ausbau von Observability (Logging, Monitoring, Alerting, Incident Response)
  • Sicherstellung von Cloud-Security-Best-Practices, RBAC und Secret Management
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Backend-Teams und Stakeholdern
  • Technische Führung und Wissensaustausch innerhalb der Engineering-Teams

 

Anforderungen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb grosser Cloud-Systeme (Azure, GCP oder AWS)
  • Fundierte Kubernetes-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit AKS in Produktion
  • Erfahrung mit GitOps-basierten Deployments (z. B. Argo CD)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Terraform und CI/CD-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen wie Bash, Python oder PowerShell
  • Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse (VNETs, DNS, NSGs, Peering)
  • Erfahrung mit Observability-Tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Kenntnisse in Cloud-Security und Secret Management (Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, Azure RBAC)
  • Praxis mit Helm oder Kustomize
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und kannst dich gut in Englisch unterhalten.
