Senior Manager – IT Recruitment
Kimon in his role as Manager acts as the link between our customers and the technical candidates he identifies.
He brings together different areas of interest and was previously, with an international recruiter, in two different positions in the IT environment. As a Research Consultant, he was responsible for the recruitment and candidate care (Interviewing, assessments). As a development of that role he took over, as Senior Recruitment Consultant, additionally the responsibility for customer management, where he is today and can call himself a Manager.
In his spare time, Kimon Abderhalden is always looking for good restaurants and unwinds with a healthy mix of sports and a glass of red wine.

Deine Aufgaben
- Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Datacenter-Infrastruktur
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und hochverfügbaren Betriebs der Virtualisierungs- und HCI-Plattformen
- Planung und Durchführung von Upgrades, Patches und Lifecycle-Management
- Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung der Infrastruktur
- Verwaltung und Pflege der Lizenzmodelle der eingesetzten Plattformen
- Analyse und Behebung von Incidents sowie Mitarbeit im Problem- und Change-Management
- Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und Supportorganisationen bei Störungen und Hardware-RMA

- Verwaltung und Betrieb der Nutanix-Cluster
- Durchführung von Upgrades

Backup Plattform – Cohesity
- Betrieb der Backup- und Recovery-Plattform
- Durchführung von Upgrades
- Monitoring und Sicherstellung erfolgreicher Backups
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer oder Infrastructure Engineer im Datacenter-Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung und Hyperconverged Infrastructure
- Erfahrung im Betrieb von Enterprise-Infrastrukturen
- Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Lifecycle-Management und Troubleshooting
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Automatisierung oder Infrastruktur-Tools
- Erfahrung im Betrieb von grossen VMware- oder Nutanix-Umgebungen
