Senior Manager – IT Recruitment
Kimon in his role as Manager acts as the link between our customers and the technical candidates he identifies.
He brings together different areas of interest and was previously, with an international recruiter, in two different positions in the IT environment. As a Research Consultant, he was responsible for the recruitment and candidate care (Interviewing, assessments). As a development of that role he took over, as Senior Recruitment Consultant, additionally the responsibility for customer management, where he is today and can call himself a Manager.
In his spare time, Kimon Abderhalden is always looking for good restaurants and unwinds with a healthy mix of sports and a glass of red wine.

Mitten im Herzen von Bern bauen wir das Team gerade weiter aus. Zur Verstärkung suche ich dich als Techlead System Engineering – Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365. In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die technische Weiterentwicklung der Workplace-Services und führst ein engagiertes Engineering-Team auf personeller Ebene.
Die Aufgaben
- (Teil) fachliche und personelle Führung des System-Engineering-Teams im Bereich Modern Workplace
- Verantwortung für Design, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online und Teams
- Weiterentwicklung von Client-Management, Security- und Compliance-Lösungen (z. B. Conditional Access, MFA, Defender)
- Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten wie M365-Rollouts, Migrationen und Automatisierungen
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und benutzerfreundlichen digitalen Arbeitsplatzes
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Security, Infrastruktur, Applikationsmanagement und Fachbereichen
- Coaching und fachliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder
Dein Werdegang
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365
- Führungserfahrung ist ein Muss in dieser Rolle
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune und Windows Client Management
- Erfahrung mit Security- und Compliance-Funktionen im M365-Umfeld
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
