Senior Manager – Finance & Accounting Recruitment
Pascal is responsible for the further development of our Finance & Accounting practice.
He began his career with a renowned Private Bank in Zurich before moving to an international Fund Management company where he spent 12 years building and developing the Swiss market.
Pascal has been in the specialised Recruitment industry since 2007 and focusses on filling vacancies for specialists and managers in the Finance & Accounting discipline.
In his spare time he is an avid record collector with an affinity for jazz.

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie am Hauptsitz in Pfäffikon SZ in einem kleinen Team von M&A- und Finanzexperten eine zentrale Rolle und rapportieren an den Länder CFO und an die Gruppe.
Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung des CFO und Senior FP&A Managers bei Projektarbeiten
- Erstellen von Quartals- und Monatsreportings (GuV, Bilanzen; Cashflow)
- Erstellen des Group Reportings
- Unterstützung bei der Liquiditätsplanung und den Diskussionen mit Group Treasury
- Monatliche Abweichungsanalysen und Business Partnering mit den einzelnen Business Units
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des jährlichen Budgetierungsprozesses sowie Analyse und Plausibilisierung der Budgetentwürfe für die gesamte P&L und den Cashflow
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Pro-forma Zahlen für akquirierte Gesellschaften
- Intercompany Abstimmungen
- Identifizierung von Prozessverbesserungen und Implementierung von «best practice» Beispielen
- Unterstützung des Revisionsprozesses per Ende Geschäftsjahr
Profil:
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Universität oder FH), vorzugsweise mit
Fachrichtung Accounting und Finance, Weiterbildung zum Wirtschaftsprüfer erwünscht - 5-7 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder externe Prüfung mit Erfahrung in der Interpretation von Erfolgsrechnungen, Bilanzen und Cashflow Statements
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzmodellierung
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel (komplexe Lookups, Wenn-Formeln, Pivot-Tabellen)
- Selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise, Teamplayer
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
