Pascal is responsible for the further development of our Finance & Accounting practice.
He began his career with a renowned Private Bank in Zurich before moving to an international Fund Management company where he spent 12 years building and developing the Swiss market.
Pascal has been in the specialised Recruitment industry since 2007 and focusses on filling vacancies for specialists and managers in the Finance & Accounting discipline.
In his spare time he is an avid record collector with an affinity for jazz.

In dieser zentralen Funktion am Gruppensitz in Zürich übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die strategische und konzeptionelle Gestaltung der Finanzprozesse in den Bereichen Supply Chain und Produktion.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sparringspartner für CFO und COO
- Weiterentwicklung der finanziellen Steuerung
- Steuerung der finanziellen Performance der Produktionswerke
- Finance Business Partner auf Augenhöhe
- Strategisches und operatives Produktionscontrolling
- Analyse von Kosten-, Produktivitäts- und Wertflüssen entlang der gesamten Supply Chain
- Anstossen, Koordinieren und Vorantreiben von Massnahmen und Projekten – Verantwortung für drei SCO Finanz-Experten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werken und Fachbereichen
Ihr Profil
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (FH/ Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Langjährige Erfahrung im operativen Group Controlling als Finance Business Partner, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Umfeld mit Schnittstellen zu Operations und Supply Chain
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke - Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle und operative Zusammenhänge einfach, klar und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln – auch für Nicht-Finanzexperten
- Fundiertes Know-how im Produktionscontrolling
- Erfahrung in der Konsumgüterindustrie ist ein klarer Pluspunkt
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP S/4HANA von Vorteil
- Analytisch stark, empathisch im Umgang, lösungsorientiert in der Umsetzung, souverän, vorausschauend, strukturiert und belastbar – auch wenn es hektisch wird
