Martin is a Senior Manager looking after IT permanent placement at both professional and executive level. Through his many years of experience, he successfully supports and advises corporate groups and SMEs in all recruitment matters.
Martin previously worked in Human Resources at Credit Suisse leading the IT Talent Acquisition unit. Prior to that, he worked for several years as Team Leader Permanent Placement at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe. His broad knowledge and in-depth expertise enable him to coach candidates throughout the entire application process and actively support clients in recruiting qualified specialists and managers and leaders.
Martin has undertaken trekking tours in Tibet and Nepal but is currently more likely to be found with his family on ski slopes, hut hikes or on a via ferrata in Switzerland.
Wir suchen für unseren Kunden einen erfahrenen System Engineer / Projektverantwortlicher ICT-Infrastruktur.
Ihre Funktion
- Sie konzipieren und implementieren massgeschneiderte Infrastrukturlösungen basierend auf den neusten Microsoft Technologien
- Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für die von Ihnen betreuten Projekte oder Teilprojekte
- Sie haben die Möglichkeit Ihr bereits erworbenes Wissen im System Engineering weiter auszubauen
- Sie konzipieren komplexe Lösungen in den Bereichen Server-Virtualisierungen, Serverkonsolidierungen sowie IT-Infrastrukturerweiterungen
- Ein weiteres Team unseres Kunden hat sich auf Engineering-Lösungen in den Bereichen Windows-Betriebssysteme, Desktop-Virtualisierungen Microsoft Exchange und Microsoft Office SharePoint Umgebungen spezialisiert. Falls Ihre Interessen und Kernkompetenzen in diesem Umfeld sind, können wir Ihnen auch dort eine spannende Position als System Engineer präsentieren
Ihr Profil
- Informatikausbildung mit Vertiefung System Engineering (idealerweise auf Stufe HF/FH/Uni)
- Aktuelle Microsoft Zertifizierung auf Stufe MCSE oder MCITP
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Microsoft System Engineer oder Senior System Engineer
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von komplexen Projekten oder Teilprojekten von Vorteil
- Guter Kommunikator
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Sinn für kreative Lösungsansätze und ihre praktische Umsetzung
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss
